Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking Policy Payment is required at the time of booking for all appointments. Same-day appointments may be subject to a $10 Rush Convenience Fee. Travel fees may apply depending on location and distance. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all notarizations. All signers must be present and mentally aware at the time of service. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. If the notary arrives and documents/signers are not ready, a trip fee may still apply. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability. Rescheduling Fees First reschedule request: $15 Rescheduling Fee Same-day reschedule requests may require additional travel or rush fees. Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No-Show Policy If the signer is unavailable, absent, or unable to complete the notarization upon arrival: The appointment may be considered a No-Show Travel and service fees are non-refundable Document Readiness Policy Please ensure: Documents are complete and ready prior to arrival Do not sign documents before the notary arrives Witnesses (if required) are available at the appointment Payment Methods Accepted We accept: Credit/Debit Cards Cash App Venmo Apple Pay Cash Right to Refuse Service Qrious Faith Mobile Notary reserves the right to refuse service if: Proper identification is not provided Fraud, coercion, or impairment is suspected Documents are incomplete or unlawful
